Restoring my new car

For months now I have have been hunting for my favorite car. The Volkswagon Beetle. A couple of years ago I had one and loved it but it had a lot of miles on it so I sold it. After that I decided because of gas prices that I wanted a diesel and one that was automatic. Diesels can get up to 45 miles per gallon, and can run forever. So finally last week my bestie and the most amazing mechanic ever Jakub from Mymomentummedia found me my gem. Here is a pic ...
Its so cute! It's a 2002 and has low mileage. I got it for a steal and am basically going to redo the entire inside custom like! I thought I would take you along my journey with it ..
Here is the interior all taken out.

Here is the fabric I chose to cover the headliner with..

I'll keep you update on the process as it continues!!

  1. Sounds like fun! I’m sure that your Volks will be as good as new once the restoration is done. The good thing about car restorations is that you can customize your car to your liking. You can add your personal touch to the overall design. I can’t wait to see the end result of this project. Keep us posted!
